For nearly three weeks, I have only rowed one time and that was the one that resulted in Very Bad Things happening with my back. I decided to give it a very careful try today as I have been rather restless and sleeping poorly due to the lack of exercise. I ended up stretching at 10 minute intervals and my back popped again, but this time in a good way that resulted in being able to bend better and a good drop in pain levels.  I actually had a rather audible crack when it happened and for a moment, I was a bit worried but then realized it was a good crack. 

I ended up making two types of muffins yesterday when I got it in my head that strawberry sounded like a *really* good idea. As it happened, it was.:)  Now I'm going to have to see what other fruits go well in this recipe as it's fairly low in sugar the way that I made them and the end result was very tasty. 

Allergy season=little sleep for me once again. I don't usually do so, but I'm thinking I may go for a nap in a little while. Pete's snoring is so bad and I am so tired.

There are such things in life as "good cracks", despite popular belief that cracks all belong to overweight plumbers! ;) I'm glad it feels better!

Thanks! I was saying last night that I hadn't really realized just how used to the pain levels I'd been dealing with until they left. So glad to be returning to normal.:)
