At this very moment, I feel a bit like I might throw up. Oddly enough this is not from anything negative but rather that we just put an offer in on our first house. We're kinda getting older as people doing this for the first time but it is what it is. We have the full 20% and we're in a range that isn't as hot of a market as some others.

Trying not to worry too much about this. I love the house but the world won't end if we don't get it. Mostly the feeling of throwing up is that this is such a major purchase and our savings will mostly disappear.
