regained 16 pounds after Jennifer's wedding due to stress, and stayed around 210ish for the next 4 years

Very nicely done. Slow weight loss you have a better chance keeping it off. You should be proud of yourself.

Thanks! A big part of why I've been taking it slow is I've seen too many people rush lose it quickly only to regain it back and more. Rather than try to hurry, I just make slight tweaks here and there that aren't a big effort to keep myself on track.
