 After a week, I am still sick, Pete is now sick and Aaron still has a cough and some pretty nasty congestion. Problems are beginning to arise as we are now late on our grocery trip, we're running out of clothing, the house hasn't been picked up properly and the cats, who are used to litter box cleaning far more frequently than they currently getting, are beginning to look mutinous. It isn't pretty. It is for these reasons that I am currently staggering around the house, as I try to make headway on Mount Laundry, empty trashcans full of tissues and clean the bathrooms. It's going a lot slower than I would like it to.

I'm still trying to figure out if the fever/chills are worse, or the fact that I have a cough so bad, that I pulled abdominal muscles with my hacking. Neither is really thrilling to me. What really annoys me is that I can't use most of the flu meds on the market because whatever now replaces pseudoepinephrine gives me heart palpitations and *extreme* irritability. For Pete, it causes the heart issue and near hallucinations. Yeah, that's so much better than something that someone *might* use to make meth. You know what? People that want drugs will find a way to get them, so how about letting me have something that works on those once-in-a-blue-moon occasions where I feel the need to resort to medication so I can at least be clear enough to sleep through the night? Anyway, there's my little rant on that. 

Gotta get back to work. One more bathroom to go and the cats are eying me like they are considering a coup.
