firsttigerFor the first time in ages, I'm actually writing an entry from the office. I so rarely use the PC now and I'm finding myself trying to do everything in a Mac way as I work.:)
w-2s arrived yesterday so I spent a good deal of time crunching numbers. When it came back as being a high chance of audit, I figured what the heck, I was going to find receipts for my cameras and lenses and depreciate them. After all, they are the backbone of what I do. I was sure to be as honest as honest could be about my personal use. After I'd done that, it dropped to a low chance of being audited! So I get more money back *and* I bettered my chances not having an audit? Yeah, that was a win-win I wasn't expecting. Once I had the taxes done, I kept working on the long-term budget and contending with the office and business filing and the next thing I knew, Aaron was home and I'd somehow skipped lunch.

piowapuff for finding Randy on FB! I was so thrilled to see his name when you added him. It's been like 4 years since I've heard from him and that was only briefly. It'll be nice to reconnect and find out how things are now.
