 Conditional approval day. One of those conditions will be happening Saturday with the inspection. We are going up tomorrow afternoon and staying with Zan. No particular problems are expected.  if things stay on track we will be moving in March.
 Landlady has been having a meltdown but it isn’t my problem. She will be getting her 60 days and we have more than taken care of this house.
