Kinda drowning in peaches. Started with muffins (of course) and I think there will also be a cobbler, sorbet and maybe even a cold peach soup as the idea intrigues me. Not a bit will be eaten by me on this one... I hate peaches.

I'd rescue you from the peach horde since I'm keen on that. Unfortunately I don't live close enough to take them off of your hands. How did you score so many?

Three weeks in a row coming from our farm share. It must have been a good season for them this year. It doesn't help that I purchased the extra fruit option.:)

Ah, that explains it.
Chad and I are part of a co op group with a local organic farm which starts producing in November. Our growing season is different here. :)
Every two weeks Chad has to pick up items from the farm which can vary from herbs to various lettuces. I do have to spend time cutting and chopping but the salad has a hearty taste.

Oh you can have them. I'm just so not a peach person. Bleah.
