firsttigerEnded up on the phone for 45 minutes with Cablevision yesterday because when they heard "we just want to drop TV" they heard "we only want to keep internet" and dropped our home phone line. Since it involved having to retrieve our assigned number, it was a bit of a nightmare to re-provision the phone. They were quite apologetic about it the entire time we dealt with them, but it was still a less than fun thing to have to deal with.
Pete's surgery is tomorrow morning. I have no idea how long it will take but I'm going to borrow his mi-fi and take the laptop while I wait. We've already cleared what kind of drug he's getting due to his dairy allergy so I'll likely be picking them up from a CVS that's near the surgeon while he's in. Which reminds me... must remember to grab his insurance card.
On a rather shallow note, I've decided I really like not being a fat girl. It's been ages since someone has made a snide comment to me on the basis of my appearance and I don't miss it in the slightest.
